Specs: Color-Me-Kites should be flown in winds from 7-18 MPH by fliers ages 8 years and up. These Kites come with a color matched handle, 100 ft. x 15lb kite line, kite spreader rods, SkyTails kite tails, and drawing surface poly kite sail.
Flying instructions included on back of packaging. Cut packaging seal over the handle to reuse the packaging for storing your kite. Do not fly near overhead power lines!
